Unfortunately, Titan Fitness' Incline Bench has failed miserably in the quality control associated with the Incline Bench V3. As pictures will validate the flanges supporting the pads are grossly out of leveled alignment. Your upper torso is slightly leaning left and lower torso slightly to the right. BAD!!!! I attempted level the bench pads by placing thick washed on the bolts... to no avail. Simply a lack of quality control by Titan Fitness

I recently purchased and received the adjustable "Incline Bench V3". The item was shipped, and received within a few days, which was great. The bench was neatly packaged, and assembly was very easy. However, just as many others have experienced with this bench, the holes on the seat adjustment bar do not line up with the holes on the pin bracket rendering the "adjustable" seat not so adjustable. I will be able to bore-out the holes on the seat adjustment bar with a round file, some elbow grease, and some time, but that could definitely be an issue for someone without such means or abilities. As well as take away from the customer experience. Other than this issue, the bench seems quite sturdy, and well thought-out. It just has a somewhat small manufacturing problem that has apparently been an issue for over a year, and has gone unaddressed. THAT is the most disappointing part.

I read quite a few the reviews before buying this product. I didn’t have much issue with everything lining up. What little bit of lineup problem I did have I was able to solve pretty quickly. No rips or tears in the bench.

Overall it’s a great product! A couple things seemed to be a little off as far as when it was made. Putting it together I needed to leave some stuff a little loose to make it work

The bench's backrest tilts to the left because the adjustment bar extends higher on the right side and doesn't allow the padded bench to lie flat. The seat is twisted because the lower adjustment bar does not align with the opening and I had to use force to get it into the slot, so now the seat is twisted to the right. I will have to make manual adjustments to both sections in order for it to function properly. As is, it does not work as a weight bench. Very frustrated with this purchase.
