Very heavy duty. Problems: tops of uprights are not closed so it looks unfinished (even standing below that level you can tell) and when you tighten bolts on the top, it squeezes the metal in because of this. Feet need to stick out further on front and back, but they stick out further on the sides. This is important because many people (including myself) won't bolt this rack down. I just load the back with plates and it's stable. Lat pulldown comes way too far out and I have to really focus on bowing my head while doing barbell calf raises, otherwise it will hit the end of the lat pulldown where the bar goes. Pulleys on lat pulldown need to be just an inch or 2 further back because your face is in them while unracking for squats. The pullup bar it comes with... oh my what a pain. A couple little easy design tweaks would help with how low it hangs even at max height. I'm 6'0" and my toes would hit the ground even with my legs tucked. So, I bought the multi-grip pullup bar since it goes higher.. more money on something I already was spending a lot on to get it right. Oh, and I hate their monopolizing hole sizes (11/16). Trying to get aftermarket attachments that fit nicely is difficult because of this. Perhaps that was their goal. Their attachments are exorbitantly priced unfortunately (over $200 for spotter arms!)
