We bought this for our home gym because we wanted a comparable machine to those found at the commercial gym. It's an affordable, quality piece of equipment. It was fairly easy to put together - took us about an hour with two of us. It's comfortable to use. It is easy to switch between the leg extension and the leg curl. We are really happy with this purchase.

Having used this for a few weeks now, I would give this a 4 out of 5. It is definitely not commercial quality, however for a home gym, it is more than heavy duty enough to get the job done. A few positives: 1: It is heavy enough for home and the upgraded upholstery is a big plus. I cannot comment on the max load of weight it can handle because I never put more than 2-45’s (90lbs) on it. But it doesn’t budge with that weight at all. 2: The upper thigh pad roller and lower leg pad roller are pretty dense, which I can say makes it seem like neither will soften up or get depressed over time. 3: The adjustable seat accommodates just enough angle difference for performing the seated ham curls and the leg extensions. 4: Welds and paint have dramatically gotten better since a few of the pieces I ordered years ago. (Way more consistent throughout). Some negatives: 1. As mentioned in a previous review, the lower leg pad roller is slightly skewed. When in the raised position, the right side (where my right foot goes) is slightly higher than the left. Not a super big deal, but it is definitely noticeable. 2. The curved frame that attaches the post that holds the lever arm to the post that holds the seat is not level. I think where the attachment piece is welded to the curved frame piece, it is slightly crooked, which makes the seat a little crooked as well. Some suggestions for an improvement would be to allow for the back seat pad to have a few adjustments in order to increase or decrease the angle when you sit back against it. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add a very capable machine without spending thousands of dollars.

As the title states I’m on the taller side and if you stand above 6’ you already know how difficult finding accommodating machines can be. I took a chance on this one with the intention of adding a seat cushion if necessary but I’m grateful that I did not have to. This review should serve as a recommendation for anyone around 6’4” 225 pounds and having doubts about fitting. Enjoy.
