“Id rate the Hamstring curl on this a 10/10, and the Leg extension a 8.5/10. With the Hamstring curl its just about perfect, gets a long deep stretch into a total contraction at the bottom, perfect ROM and very adjustable for different people. The leg extension is also great, but its hard to get a super deep stretch just due to the physics of plate loaded machines. At some point the weight hits the pendelum point and basically all of the tension disappears, but the machine is super adjustable so you can make it work better for you. The contraction of the lift is awesome though!”

“This is my second leg extension. I moved and sold equipment, and regretted selling this one. It has a new sty stem to switch from extensions to curls. Great addition to the gym. Only “complaint” is you can’t add a ton of plates if you have the rubber bumpers, but it still does a great job and works for all my clients. Would definitely recommend.”
