4.1 Rating 9 Reviews
Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar offers unlimited grip choices for pull-ups and chin-ups, allowing you to work with various muscle groups. This versatile and compact training station attaches to your T-3, X-3, or TITAN Series Power rack with the addition of a Crossmember Stabilizer, sold separately. Build forearm and grip strength with the versatility of the multiple training options. The outside neutral grips feature fat diameters while the rest are sized standard. The 3-inch spheres are spaced 16-inches on the center, while the 4-inch spheres are spaced 32-inches on the center. If you are looking for a new way to improve your grip strength and work different muscles, the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar is your attachment.NOTE: If you are mounting the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar onto the TITAN Series Power Rack you will need the TITAN Series Crossmember Stabilizer. Additionally, the Pull-Up Bar will mount slightly off-center due to the 19 laser-cut hole pattern in the TITAN Series Crossmember vs the 20 hole pattern in the T-3 and X-3 Series.

“Phenomenal addition to my rack. Straight bar pullups sometimes don't agree with my forearms (nerve irritation), so having a bar with multiple options for neutral pullups, underhand, the globes for grip focus, have been a solid addition.”

“Product and coating seems to be solid but was unable to use because of the very odd spacing. My “Frankenrack” is true 3x3” with 2” hole spacing. This attachment has four mounting holes with the hole spacing between them from left to right 7-7/8”; 9-7/8”; 7-7/8”. So no two holes will line up on any industry standard crossmember with 2” spacing! Additionally, as per Titan’s website this should mount up to 2” spacing. Under the item description there is a note that states, “If you are mounting the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar onto the TITAN Series Power Rack you will need the TITAN Series Crossmember Stabilizer.“ The description of the TITAN Series Crossmember Stabilizer is; “designed to mount across the top rear of 90" or 100" racks, it's built from rugged 3" x 3", 11-gauge steel with 2" hole spacing along its 42" length for durability and versatility. It also expands your setup with added attachment compatibility—supporting options like a Lat Tower, Pull-Up Spheres, Shackles, and more.” So if the required crossmember to mount this has 2” spacing why is the hole centers all off?!?”

“The metal that everything is weilded to was bent which in turn changed the alignment of the holes that were drilled. The mounting of this item to the rack was a major issue. I was only able to attach 2 bolts.”

“The bar itself is great, hefty, lots of variant options and for the most part well made and on par with that other company selling more or less the same thing for a lot more dollars. However, where the bar end of one side is nicely finished with a domed metal cap welded into place, on the other side the cap is smashed into the bar (by about a half inch) then welded (poorly), then painted - so it wasn't shipping damage (packaging was fine). Titan was selling the same bar cheaper (-$44) in their Scratch & Dent area - so I kind of paid full price for essentially an S&D (unless those are really bad). Doesn't hurt the use of the bar and not worth packing up for a return - so otherwise pleased.”

“Welds are good and all materials are quality. Could benefit from less balls and more spacing, but very well-made. Perfect workout for a sasquatch.”
