“Having used a "home made sled," i.e. a metal plate with a post welded on it, for several months, I was really excited to receive my sled. A-plus piece of equipment, five out of five stars for quality, but I used my home made "sled" at a local park, on grass. When I push this sled on grass, the front end digs into clumps of grass and any part of the grass or field, that is un-even. When I pull the sled, by back-pedaling, the same thing happens, but a bit less, because of the higher angle. I understand that 99% of people that buy this sled probably use it on carpet, concrete, asphalt or tile, but any suggestions you may have for pushing this sled on grass, would be appreciated. Thanks.”

“Does NOT work on all surfaces like it claims! Unless you qualify destroying your grass and making awful noise on the concrete normal function. Return policy is a lie, you refuse delivery or if you haven't touched the box pay a fee to send back. Otherwise good luck, customer service stopped responding to my defective equipment plea for help a month and a half ago. If you're going to use on a 100% flat rubber mat surface its okay until you realize you need to spend another $200+ in accessories.”
