“Rack shows up in 2 boxes. First box has the "shelves". Not great packaging - will show up with a little damage. Second box has the "legs" and the packaging is terrible and these will show up completely damaged. This has happened to me twice and other reviewers. Until Titan can figure this out I would not buy. Customer Service is atrocious. Buy something else.”

“Unfortunately, it arrived damaged and missing the hardware to put it together. I am still working with Titan customer service to get a partial refund and get the correct parts so I can assemble it. I can tell you it's well-made from it being unboxed. But I can't give an honest assessment at this point since I cannot completely assemble it!”

“While I would recommend this product, it's very sturdy: however, the packaging did not protect all the parts. The side legs have many scratches on the outsides and I am a bit disappointed.”
