“I'm 5'9". When I do flat bench press, the height of bench is perfect so I can really juice out with the proper form. Some benches from other mfgs have different heights so often it was challenging to me but this bench took my heart.”

I just started my home gym journey and the Titan Series Adjustable Bench is one of the heaviest pieces of equipment in my garage so far.
