“I'm sure the bench is wonderful, I used it in my gym, which is why I wanted to purchase my own. However, the first one came damaged, it was replaced immediately with amazing customer service. Unfortunately, the second bench was received in a completely damaged box, torn, and ripped open, with rattling contents. I did not even want to open it, I am requesting a return label and refund and I'm still waiting to hear back.”

“Very easy to put together and the bench feels like good quality. My only issue is when you’re making adjustments to the seat and back, there’s not enough room between the two. You have to force the seat past the bottom of the back which causes it to bunch up. Main reason for giving a 4/5.”
