“This is a really great addition to any home Gym. It is compact efficient and looks good. The only thing I would point out is that an upgrade to this machine would be to find a way for this machine to be more sturdier in the front because if you’re not sitting on the machine and you’re doing the shoulder press, the machine tends to tilt back. Obviously a fix is to drill in the front legs to the concrete. But not everybody wants to make holes in the garage.”

“Good quality. Fast shipping and easy assembly. One of my favorite pieces in a gym is a selectorized side lateral machine. Commercial ones go upwards of $5,000. This plate loaded Titan machine feels just as good as a commercial one and nowhere near that price. The shoulder press part of the machine is fantastic also. I like how there are two settings you can install the handles. I did one hole back from the front and use the front handles. Just right for me. Great front delt workout without any pain in my shoulders. In my opinion this and the plate loaded adductor/abductor machine are the best from Titan.”

“Very comfortable to get good reliable and repeatable reps in. A bit pricey for only replacing 2 dumbbell exercises but if you've got the coin it's nice. Overhead press was one of the exercises I did not look forward to and would just try and get through my 3 sets asap. This thing I can sit in and do 4 or 5 sets to failure and not be just totally gassed and miserable after lol”
