Good quality. Fast shipping and easy assembly. One of my favorite pieces in a gym is a selectorized side lateral machine. Commercial ones go upwards of $5,000. This plate loaded Titan machine feels just as good as a commercial one and nowhere near that price. The shoulder press part of the machine is fantastic also. I like how there are two settings you can install the handles. I did one hole back from the front and use the front handles. Just right for me. Great front delt workout without any pain in my shoulders. In my opinion this and the plate loaded adductor/abductor machine are the best from Titan.

Very comfortable to get good reliable and repeatable reps in. A bit pricey for only replacing 2 dumbbell exercises but if you've got the coin it's nice. Overhead press was one of the exercises I did not look forward to and would just try and get through my 3 sets asap. This thing I can sit in and do 4 or 5 sets to failure and not be just totally gassed and miserable after lol

Love the newest addition to my home gym, I purchased this machine to add a little more variety to my shoulder routines then just straight free weights. Right away I've pretty much replaced the barbell shoulder press with the seated press here because of how much pressure it removes from my spine during the workout, instead of feeling pressure through my whole back during the lift I only feel it where it should be in my delts. Plus as an added bonus I don't occasionally clip the back of my head with a barbell anymore. The fly part of the machine is great as well, really hits your delts, just make sure you're adjusting your seat between both exercises because you'll need different heights to use the full range of motion for each exercise. But all and all the machine is effective and the pump is great, has great range of motion so you're hitting your delts real hard and takes the pressure off of your spine, and if safer then your traditional barbell presses with no risk of head injuries.
