Compatible with 2" Olympic barbells, this attachment will shake up any boring barbell routine and features a comfortable 50mm fat grip to improve grip strength. Plus, an easy slide-over design makes for quick and easy installation and prevents wear and tear on your barbell, while the threaded stop pin keeps your barbell in place as you train.

“Works great. Simple to use and way better for me as an older lifter vs overhead press. If I had my way, I would attach a piece of plastic to the end of the attachment screw & create a recess where the plastic could go a few mm inside the tube. Presto. No more sleeve damage”
