Train in every position—flat, incline, or decline—with the Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench. Designed for full-body workouts, this bench delivers strength, stability, and space-saving convenience for your home gym or garage setup.
With a 1,000 LB flat weight capacity and 500 LB incline rating, it's built to handle heavy lifts without wobble. The tripod frame ensures solid foot placement during sit-ups and presses, and the foam foot anchors keep you locked in when going all out.
Four seat pad positions and six back pad angles (from 0-85 degrees) let you target key muscles, so you can fine-tune your setup for every lift. It folds upright for quick storage, and the rear wheels and knurled handle make it easy to move.
Built from 11-gauge steel and topped with HeftyGrip vinyl, this adjustable bench is ready for high-volume use. It also features anodized adjustment knobs and rubber feet to stay stable and protect your floors.

“My experience with Titan has been incredibly frustrating. The original FID Elite Bench arrived with a crooked, improperly welded seat plate. After a three-month wait for a replacement, I received another bench that was clearly used, with scratches, paint damage, and dirt throughout. For a premium product, this level of quality control is unacceptable.”

“Excellent bench, very sturdy. I don't power lift, but having the sturdiness means wobble isn't a distraction when exercising and can do body weight exercises on it. I was a little concerned about the leg hold not having pins to hold it in place like competing models, but once you get your legs under it, it's fine, doesn't move while doing situps. Assembly is ok. A lot of the assembly in the instructions is already completed, which is nice. Could use lock washers or thread lock for some of the bolts. A few of the bolts need to be loose to operate some of the adjustments and you have to figure some of that out (which is mosly obvious). The seat raising pin in can't be overtightened or the seat won't move (which is not obvious given how you attach the pin). The one ding I have on this is that the safest way to raise and lower the backrest is by holding the rubber nub that goes into the slot in one hand and holding the backrest with the other. If you try and grab the bar to adjust, it can drop and pinch fingers. It should be more obvious to grab the nub (with an indicator or maybe even oversize it into a handle).”
