I've been using the rower for about a week now and you cant beat it for the price. I use it on the hardest setting and it works great. At 150 pounds it seems very sturdy for only costing $200. I'm 5'6 and the fit is perfect. Only thing I would like that it doesn't have is a distance counter

I eyed this rower for a little while before buying it. I see many workouts with rowing meters in it and while it is my fault for not double checking, this rower doesn't show how far you've gone. I feel like that alone defeats the purpose of a rower since most people row for distance. The pros: very easy to put together. It took me about 30 minutes. It is lightweight which is nice. The cons; where the seams meet on the main part on the top look very cheap and as though they want to come apart. 10 minutes into using it, the seat began to make a rather annoying noise. The rower itself is quiet but the seat could drive anyone insane. Also, the band that the handle is 'œattached' to isn't really attached so it moves back and forth with each pull. And lastly, I am only 5'2 and I felt like awkward on this machine compared to the concept rower I've used before. This may be for a basic person who isn't using this for distance or someone who just needs a light warm up, this will work for them but this is a very very basic rower and unfortunately I am going to have to spend $60 to return it. I have purchased a wallball from Titan and I love it so I will stick with them for smaller pieces of equipment when needed :)

The system works. It's construction and parts are good quality. Easy enough to setup. It's computer system is very basic. The machine is light, surprisingly takes up little room, and can be stowed. When i received the package it was torn on one end and you could see the contents. The nut and bolt package was also torn and 1 bolt was free floating in the box. I was lucky to find it still in the box! No damage was on the machine, which I guess is a testament to how well they packaged the item, since the shipper tossed it around and almost destroyed the box. Tension is low and not at all close to a system twice the cost. It feels like the higest setting is just perfect for a cardio workout but you arent going to be able to strain youself on this machine. I've used now for about 2 months, as a warm up or cool down to my workouts, and it's great. The system has angle to it that I have never seen on a row machine. I can only imagine it is there to compensate for the low tension the machine puts out. To properly row with this machine you have to start with a straight back and arms stretched out. You first pull with your legs until fully extended and then begin to pull with your arms while leaning back. I find that with my long legs I hit my knees if I do not row like this. I am 6ft tall. Again, the cost for this and the quality are great. I haven't had any issues with it. This is a great starter machine. Great for a small personal gym. Great for people who want an alternative warm up or cool down machine.

This is a really good rower. Especially, for the price. The tension is just as good as the $1500.00 magnetic rower I use at the gym. The rower is very smooth and really sturdy. I'm 230 and it doesn't budge. That being said, I wish it allowed for a further forward stroke. I have plenty of room at 5'8" for my legs. This is a good budget rower. Hopefully, as Titan expands it's product line, they eventually get a commercial air or air/magnetic rower. I'll probably buy one of those too. So far, everything I've bought from Titan has been very good to awesome. You definitely can't beat the price. I've never had any issues that customer service didn't fix either.

I have about 1000 rows on this now(4-5 sessions of 3-10 minutes). Smooth pulling action and the metal track and seat are smooth. Fairly simple to put together. The first two times I used it, the display/CPU system would not function properly. It would go into "stop" mode after about 90 seconds. I emailed Titan and they were going to investigate the issue. The next session it seemed to work properly. 2 more bouts since and everything seems to be fine. Not sure what caused it but it seems to have worked itself out. I think this is a nice rower for the price point. It's not heavy duty like a concept 2, but it's not $900 either. I was looking for an affordable rower to use for a warmup before lifting and 1 cardio session a week and this is perfect for my needs.
