“I've always seen these things but never bothered, now that I'm in a home gym and don't have access to a preacher curl, I think this is an incredible product and a must-buy for the price. The two main things is it essentially simulates a preacher curl for me It protects my shoulders and it allows me to concentrate on the biceps. also because it's such a simple product I actually use it There's no setup time You just mess with the strap a few times the first time you use it to get it so that it hits your arms and elbows and a position that you're comfortable with and then you never really have to touch it again. just throw it around your neck and do your thing. I'd definitely buy it again, use it at least twice a week”

“Poorly constructed. Might work for you if you’re just getting into working out and you’re scrawny. The bends on the isolator are to extreme”

“i orginally bought this cause i didnt have room for preacher bench. I enjoy it and it works well, i use in unison with preacher station still gives a different feel standing versus seated”
