I was very happy that the treadmill was in great condition when it was delivered. The box had a couple small holes in it (just in the cardboard) from shipping, but there is a ton of thick styrofoam all the way around the treadmill inside, as well as some pieces of wood to protect certain areas. The treadmill had no damage. It was so simple to set up and start. I love that I can lift one end and roll it to where I want it, and it you can keep it out of the middle of a floor by leaning it upright against a wall or in a closet...awesome! You can't do that with a treadmill that has all the handlebars (so bulky). The treadmill runs smoothly, it's quiet, and has 4 speeds. I'm so happy about my treadmill !!

Received the unit about a month ago, and it worked fairly well aside from a rattling noise at the front end. Wasn't happening so often at first but It's gotten to the point where It happens about 30 seconds each time after I turn it on. Currently waiting to hear back from titan to see if it's an issue that can be fixed.

I got this treadmill, as well as Titan's dual-motor standing desk and one of their desk surfaces, to piece together a treadmill desk for much cheaper than anything else decent that I've seen. I waited for one of Titan's many sales and it all came in under $900, which is about half of other options I was considering. The points I got from that also took a good chunk off of a 12" log, which the FedEx guy amusingly abandoned halfway up my driveway. The treadmill was packed well and arrived fully intact with everything in pristine condition. In my case, there were no spilled lube bottles, but the floor around the treadmill for the first day was a bit slick. Not sure if it was from how I was moving it or what, but I just wheeled it out of the way and wiped it up, and haven't seen that since. I did run into an issue where my circuit breaker was tripping every time I started it, almost instantly. This seems to be a common issue with treadmills, so I'm not deducting a star for it. Here's how I resolved it (but don't

I did run into an issue where my circuit breaker was tripping every time I started it, almost instantly. This seems to be a common issue with treadmills, so I'm not deducting a star for it. Here's how I resolved it (but don't sue me if this advice leads to your house burning down with your favorite pet trapped inside) - get a surge protector that has 75 dB of EMI/RFI reduction. As of this writing, you can get a Belkin BE112230-08 for $22 on Amazon. That completely resolved my issues. More details about the power issue I had - the treadmill says it requires 20A if you look at the back. I currently have the treadmill (with the surge protector) plugged into a 15A AFCI circuit (very touchy), along with a small army of laptops and other devices, and I've been able to run the treadmill continuously for an hour and a half so far (haven't tried longer yet). I suspect it demands 20A to cover the initial surge to get the thing going? I don't know, I'm not an electrician, but hopefully this saves someone else a headache, and don't let your wimpy 15A circuits bully you into not buying the treadmill you dream of. And finally, I had emailed support about the power issue before discovering the resolution, and Jasmine proactively followed up after not having heard back from me. It didn't end up being necessary in this case, but it's still much appreciated.

Great purchase so far! I also found it cheaper to buy from Titan directly versus purchasing on Amazon! (Shared my review there as well -with pictures!) I paid $468 with tax (& free shipping). I ordered on Sat, May 4th, received on May 8th. When it came in, it was quite heavy, but I was hoping it didn't come damaged like so many other reviewers experienced. The box & treadmill were both delivered with no damage. The lube that came with it though, must've spilled.....so outside of my hardwood floors downstairs being SUPER slippery for a day or two, no complaints. It literally is plug & play, though it took me a second to find the cord (tucked in) along the side of the treadmill that plugs into the machine that actually controls the treadmill. I initially thought my treadmill was DOA! I was SO happy when I found it, plugged it in and it worked! I tried using the treadmill at a bar counter that I typically stand up to work at during the day, but the top of the treadmill was a bit too long to comfortably walk and

I tried using the treadmill at a bar counter that I typically stand up to work at during the day, but the top of the treadmill was a bit too long to comfortably walk and work. So I had to bite the bullet and get a standing desk (quickly) that I could use in my home office. I initially wanted to wait to get the "right" standing desk - especially since they are a bit pricey...but luckily I found an AMAZING deal at Office depot for $259 that I picked up a couple of days after receiving the treadmill. I typically averaged about 3-5k steps/day working from home - which is awful & gained some weight over the years due to just sitting for hours... but since I work so many hours, I found it hard to get to 10k while working from home. The first evening (7pm) I plugged it in & got about 4k steps..in probably an hour or 2 (wasn't really paying attn to time).....the next 2 work days I got 15k steps in a few hours. AMAZING! One day, i got up to 25k steps, otherwise I am averaging 14-16k steps. It literally feels like you're just....walking and working...(nothing intense) HUGE difference in my day! I was already standing for a good part of my day - but being able to walk and work.....and just keep my body moving has been amazing! I have found that 1.2mph is a comfortable pace for me to walk, work & type without getting SUPER sweaty...though my palms do sweat a bit. I ended up plugging my fan in on my desk since I typically get hot really fast. Also - for those who get motion sickness - DON'T BE ALARMED! The first 2 days I had to get off after an hour or 2 because I started feeling a little nauseous...but I was determined to keep going. I would get off for about 20min, then get right back to it. After being on the treadmill for majority of the day today, I haven't felt nauseous even once! So just keep going :-) All in all...super happy to share my feedback on Titan Fitness treadmill! For the price, it was SOO worth it! Oh! One other thing...I was going to their website to do a review (but couldn't find where to do it) - but I noticed after purchasing from Titan fitness, I received over 400points for the treadmill which = about $21. So I used part of my points to purchase a yoga stability exercise ball to sit on when I'm not walking...for free! I only paid $1 in taxes for it. The ball was only $12, but to be able to get it for free was a cool little perk :) Downside? It is not a super fancy looking machine nor is it high-tech (at all)....but - it turns the machine on & off...counts things like time, speed, laps, steps, distance and calories - none of it useful though - outside of maybe the time you've been on the machine. I have tried using my apple watch to track steps, but because my hands are resting on my laptop while working, it isn't smart enough to count my steps (which is super annoying)!!!...but.... I have found that keeping my phone in my pocket does the trick if you're obsessed with steps, like I am right now. I did a TON of research before purchasing this brand...so If you're wondering which treadmill to get and you have a stand-up desk (or plan to get one) this one is great, has a great price point AND you can buy it directly from Titan :-) Also - I have inspired my husband to get one, so we'll be ordering another from Titan soon!

Treadmill is good right now. At low speed it is super quiet. Also light to move. Only bad is the support. They have zero information on when to lube or what to what kind of lube to use. When you ask a question on here about it, they ignore your question. So, good treadmill for now, who knows how long it will last since the company refuses to give any maintenance information. Maybe they want it to break so you have to get a new one.

My wife and I made this our 2017 holiday gift to each other. So far so good. It was easy to set up. Warning, it is a heavy. If you need to haul it up or down stairs once it arrives, definitely have some help. We set ours up in an upstairs spare bedroom. We purchased an electric, adjustable desk to go along with it. Both my wife and I work from home and we each take turns using it a couple of hours a day. It is reasonably quiet, but I don't typically try to conduct a phone conversation while using it, because people can hear some noise on the other end of the line. Speed goes up to 4 MPH, but I find 2.3 MPH is about the max speed for me while still using my PC. This is a great way to get some extra exercise during the week while still working. I feel so much better at the end of a work day having had a couple of hours of exercise.
