“I would not recommend this bar. We purchased it for a friend and it broke after a few weeks.. I reached out the customer service and they said they would return my message in 30-90 days. Now our friends daughters have a big pile metal taking up space that they can’t use. How disappointing and frustrating.”

“I got this as a gift for my 4 year old for Christmas. Within 2 minutes of use, a screw head for the wooden bar snapped off. I replaced it with a similar screw and that one lasted 4 minutes before the head snapped off. Now it just sits there and can’t be used.”

“Hi, I’m very disappointed with this company. My daughter got the jr Kip bar for Christmas and after two days of use the wood developed a crack so it hurts her hands whenever she is on it. I also tried calling the customer support number, and it wasn’t working.”
