“I wrote to customer service about my issue with this item and have not heard back. That is always a sign that a company does not take consumers interest in earnest. MyBarre does not lay flat on a hard surface because the knobs on the lock down screws are too big and touch the floor before the feet do. It is a simple fix from a design point, but before I take on the work of doing it myself I would like to hear what the company has to say.”

“This product is great. The company is great. The shipping was quick and the product was packaged very well. Easy to set up. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that the base doesn’t lock in place and the legs can be shifted easily. It is solid enough for the beginner level needs of our child but the base on each side doesn’t lock in leaving opportunity (if a child gets aggressive with shaking the barre) to have it tumble on top of them.”
