“It's a little tough to install if you're doing it alone because it's a heavy piece of steel. But it's doable. Once the lag bolts are in the stud it works fine. I've only done two workouts but so f”

“Purchased this along with some wooden rings to attach to my garage ceiling. I was surprised with how heavy and we'll built this thing is. I was able to install it on my ceiling with the hardware provided in a matter of minutes. I have two rings hanging from it along with a climbing rope. Serves its purpose and was super cheap. What more could you ask for.”

“This was heavier then I expected which is good because it's going to hold weight and even though it's a simple piece of metal, it does its job. Set up is straight forward and I like that you have the ability to change the distance between the ring straps without having to drill new holes on the ceiling.”
