“I'm new to using rings and this is the first set that I bought, so take this from a novice's viewpoint. I've seen similar rings in Crossfit gyms and these seem comparable in quality and durability to those. Years ago I bought a TRX setup, but it sits in my closet. I think rings are superior to TRX. Why? These are more challenging and versatile. While a little bigger than TRX, rings are still transportable. I hang the rings from my pull-up bar, but you could also go to any local park and hang them from a basketball pole or some other play area. The straps are long enough that you can attach them to most any elevated pole. I think this was money well spent.”
