“I have never used a “battle rope” - so this was partly a step into the unknown. Once I had installed an anchor point I was set. Firstly … the rope is deceptively heavy (30lbs) and looks easy to use - just “flip up and down” to start. It’s not that easy … it requires a high degree of coordination - which is a great benefit, using muscles that probably hardly ever get used. This whole body activation is I think the strongpoint fir using the rope. Regular weights are fine, but mainly “static”. The rope is dynamic and works pretty well every part of you. If you have the space I highly suggest you buy one, and this from Titan should be high on your equipment list. Be prepared for a learning curve, be prepared to work hard … reap the rewards of full body conditioning done in a dynamic way. If you are serious, buy one, from Titan.”

“I got the 50ft x 1.5in battle ropes. They’re perfect for my garage gym! Comfortable fit in my hands (my husband said he’d prefer the slightly thicker ropes, but he still loves these. The only suggestion I have is to also buy the attachment for the rope.”
