The battle ropes move freely when they're attached with the straps, allowing you to have a more natural range of motion. Use these straps to reduce the intensity of your work out by shortening the ropes; increase the intensity by extending them back out or adding multiple ropes for maximum resistance.

“This attachment is great for narrow piles or uprights but isn't big enough for the bigger/wider ones. Perfect for anyone that likes to move their ropes from time to time and it hasn't damaged my ropes at all. Great price too.”
