“Extremely sturdy piece of equipment. Since I opened the box I’ve been using it for step ups with both dumbells (in hand) & barbell (across the trap). The height adjustment is perfect to pinpoint target various parts of quads and hams. The lowest position is great for speed (aerobics). Can you borrow it, NO! This one is mine!!!!”

“Overall it does what it is supposed to. To adjust between heights is not that easy and you can easily get your fingers pinched. To just raise it I thought was going to be easy, seemed straight forward until it wouldn't move to a higher position without forcing it open. I gave it three because once you get it to the right height it is ok but, I probably wouldn't buy it again.”

“Great value. I use it for box squats, split squats, as a landmine rest, and, of course, for plyometric jumps. I have a sensitive sniffer, and I didn't detect any offensive rubber smell after unboxing. Mine does have a slight wobble, which I corrected by placing a small piece of foam rubber under one of the feet (see photo).”

“It is actually pretty well made and the quality exceeded my expectation. but the size is a lot bigger than I thought, so I suggest one looks closely to the dimension before purchase.”
