“I have used this mainly for box squats and it is very secure and stable. I do enjoy the ability to change heights all in one box. It is a little cumbersome to change heights but overall I would recommend it.”

“Pros: Comparative price, built like a tank, handle and wheels! In stock for ordering. Cons: The hardest part of assembly was attaching the rubber feet. A rubber mallet and a slight coating of baby shampoo seems to have done the job. Unfortunately this bench wobbles, even on rubber flooring. No big deal for bench squats but personally I don't know that I'd use this one for plyo exercises. Having wheels and a handle is good but the wheels are pretty small and the handle is only about an inch from the floor so it's awkward to use. Others have commented that height adjustment is challenging. I would agree. Even with lubrication of the uprights you may need to deploy a rubber mallet. Would I order again? Not sure. Assuming availability wasn't an issue I'd probably spend more for something a little more upscale.”

“A tad squeaky/loose after a bunch of loading, but easy to retighten. Overall, a great box for the price.”

“It is solid and reasonably well-made. I had to shim up one of the legs to prevent it from wobbling a little bit. I also had to file down one of the square tubes in order for the height adjustment mechanism to work smoothly. It is relatively time-consuming to change the height, which may or may not matter to you depending on your usage. Overall, it's a decent box and a very good value.”

“Great fully functional alternatives to the $500 options. Solid, easy to assemble, works as it should. Not the quickest to change height, but sturdy no the less. Only think Titan makes that works in my experience”
