The Adjustable Plyometric Box can be set to 4-heights between 12 and 18-inches high, with a 24 x 24-inch landing platform. The Plyo Box features a non-slip, strong rubber grip platform and (2) adjustable knobs with locking pins. The box is made of durable steel and powder-coated black for a longer-lasting finish. This box is perfect for box jumps, push-ups, dips, step ups, and other plyometric exercises.

“Once finished, the square part did not line up with the legs. It was also troublesome to change the height. Asked for refund”

“This is a very strong and stable box. I love it for a variety of reasons. I can sit and do overhead presses for one. The only bit that is hard is the adjusting. I think I’ll try rubing coconut oil or WD on the shafts to see if that makes a difference. Conclusion : Great Product!”

“This thing is pretty beefy and very sturdy. The box is well built and fairly easy to assemble. Ive used it once, so far, for box squatting and it didn't budge. I also use it as a coffee/side table in my living room when I'm not working out. 2 thumbs up”
