“I bought this as a multi-use step. It gives me height and/or stability when I need it. It’s also great for foot elevated lunges, Bulgarian split squats, deficit RDLs and reaching my pull-up bar. I’ll use it for many different exercises except Aerobics :-)”
“We have purchased three of these steps. My two daughters and my wife use them and they like them. Easy to adjust and stable. The one issue I have (it doesn’t bother my wife) is the small rubber grommets on the bottom to reduce slip issues fall out when you detach the level blocks. I will be glueing them in and hopefully this will fix the issue.”
“Arrived a few days after ordering. Everything is great besides one of the raisers doesn't stay on properly underneath. Every time I put it down to go under my bed it falls off so I just leave the raisers attached and remove them when needed for workouts.”
