I purchased the Titan Fitness stackable wooden plyometric boxes for a very specific purpose: to safely increase my height for Smith machine deadlifts. I’m 5’1”, and due to the Smith machine safety stops and my height, I needed to raise my body approximately 12 inches to achieve proper deadlift range of motion. This wasn’t just for bodyweight work — I’m currently deadlifting 150 lbs, with plans to continue increasing weight. Stability and trust were non-negotiable. I own the 8”, 6”, and 4” boxes, which allows me to stack and customize heights depending on the movement, machine setup, or training needs. The way these boxes fit together is excellent — they feel intentional, not improvised. The anti-slip surface is a standout feature. My feet feel planted and secure, even under load. There’s no shifting, sliding, or hesitation when stepping onto them or lifting heavy weight. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and once assembled, these boxes feel solid, durable, and commercial-grade. They don’t flex or wobble, which is critical when lifting heavy. Beyond deadlifts, I also use them for step-ups and step-downs, making them a versatile addition to my gym rather than a single-use accessory. Bonus: they’re aesthetically pleasing and actually look good in my gym space.

Nice and solid. I love the construction and how the wood interlocks so when you screw it together it’s bulletproof.

Recommendation to use stainless screws rather than drywall screws. If these are going to see a lot of box jump intensity, drywall screws will snap, then you have a mess. Otherwise, they're well built and super versatile.
