“2 sets of chains were ordered, the first arrived in perfect condition. The second arrived a day later with the box looking like a chupacabra had destroyed the box. Unfortunately, packaging had been damaged down to the bags/paperwork and it was missing the caribiners. Versus waiting for them to arrive, I just stopped by my local hardware store and got replacements. Other than that, the products are exactly as described.”
