“Thought this might be overkill for a home gym. Turns out, not at all. Great addition for quick pre-exhausts, pyramids, and just straight sets. Saves you time changing plates, AND allows you to easily jump up in weight if feeling bold, or drop down quickly and easily if needed to burn out reps. Great investment if you have the space. Arrives in a huge palleted wooded crate with each barbell individually boxed in heavy cardboard. Photos show the bars on the optional fixed bar rack which isn't as well packaged when shipped, but still solid and well made.”
