The 10-pound Aerobic Exercise Body Bar by Titan Fitness is a padded bodyweight bar that is an excellent addition to your workout routine, whether you want to build your arms, legs, or core muscles! The high-quality bar's core is made of heavy-duty steel and it is padded with soft foam for a more comfortable grip that won't get sweaty as you exercise. Press it overhead to build up your shoulders and biceps; hold it at chest level to add difficulty to your crunches or sit-ups; make your lunges harder by using this for a bicep curl when you step forward. Also available in 8, 12, and 15-pound bars.

I am thoroughly enjoying aerobic exercise bar. It is easy to integrate into my exercise routine while also making the workout more challenging for me. The bar is easy to store as well.

Nice weight bar to add stability as an additional anchor point to hold onto vertically with one end on the ground for clients that benefit from additional support with lower body movement, and good driver for movement prep and flexibility work.

This bar was on sale so I bought it and it’s been great. It has the right thickness and proper grip with two rubber ends. I had a shoulder injury that made doing my regular routines painful, but this 10lb bar is putting me through my paces. A 10-15lb bar is very effective for the work outs you can do with it. I think of it like slam balls or wall balls, even at lower weights, you get a really great, heart-pumping workout with those. I would recommend for beginners and the more seasoned athlete, alike.
