“If you don't want a whole gym and just looking to have something simple to do whole-body workouts then this is your go-to. Very well made and can handle a lot of weight you put into it. Bags can be removed to lighten the load for whatever workout you are trying to do. I have thrown this thing around a lot and is still holding up just fine. I would defiantly recommend this product”

“This thing has taken a beating and still not a drop of sand lost. The sand bags were a breeze to fill and the outer bag has been dropped, thrown, drug, slung, slammed, and tossed all over the place by myself and the guys on my shift at the fire department. Has held up far beyond my expectations.”
