“I previously bought the 25lb functional training swing bag from Titan and have used and abused it for 6 months and it basically is still like new. So, I bought the 40 pounder with confidence. It is the same quality as the 25lb and was shipped free and arrived very quickly. Titan is still my go to vendor for fitness equipment.”

“Great addition to a gym. Dumbells, Kettlebells and sandbags all have their place, but the Functional Training Swing bag is different enough to be used to hit other muscles/tendons and elevate the heart rate. Solid build, solid material, good price. I liked it so much I purchased the rack along with 25 and 55 lb functional swing bags. Worth adding to your home gym!”
