It's currently my favorite workout tool, making me consider ditching the kettlebells

In retrospect I probably should started a bit lighter than the 60lb bag but other than that this bag is amazing. It’s very durable and I can use it for a variety of exercises. The rotational exercises you can do with the bag are hard to duplicate with any other piece of equipment but I can also do mundane exercises like curls as well. I do travel regularly for work and this loads up on the truck easier than a kettlebell making it, along with my jump rope, the go to for exercise on the road.

This swing bag is a beast, so don't expect to be swinging it around as you see in the Bulgarian bag YouTube videos. If you want to do that, buy a 15 lb Titan Fitness swing bag. I use my 60 lb Titan Fitness swing bag to do strap curls, front and behind the neck military presses, squats, and rows. I strongly recommend to buy and attach heavy-duty exercise handles with carabiners to the straps to make doing strength exercises easier. I attach long exercise handles to do behind the neck presses and short handles to do strap curls. Exercise or pulley handles make a big difference when doing strength exercises with the 60 lb Titan Fitness swing bag. 60 lbs don't sound like much, but it is a lot when it is in a Bulgarian bag-syle swing bag. To me, buying and using Titan Fitness swing bags is like buying and using dumbbells. Light ones are good for doing side lateral raises, front raises, and cardio exercises, but if you want to do curls, presses, rows, and squats, you should buy and use heavy ones. I'm glad that I bought my 60 lb Titan Fitness swing bag. I just wished that Titan Fitness sold heavier ones. Suples sells 84 lb Bulgarian bags, but I rather not pay over $300 for it (which includes tax), like I did my leather 26-37 lb Suples Strong Bulgarian bag. The only criticism I have about the Titan Fitness swing bags is that they should include exercise handles, but this is a minor one, because the money I saved by buying my Titan Fitness swing bags, I can easily afford to buy exercise handles for them off the internet and still save a lot of money. Don't be misled by the 60 lb weight, this swing bag feels much heavier. I strongly recommend it for anyone wanting to use it to develop strength by doing traditional sets of 10 repetitions with one-minute rest intervals in between sets.
