“Titan repeatedly sends me items that appear opened literally without their boxes and damaged. They never offer reimbursements for your time and their mistakes. You will have to call over and over again and explain your side to a new person each time who btw always have an attitude!? Why? I spend hundreds of dollars and I’m upset because my items are showing up opened I sent pictures in even of the damage each time and the only thing they offer is replacements but without any perks. You have to wait. Oh and YOU have to send the item back via fedex. Literally would give zero stars if I could. Take your business to the COUNTLESS other options. Rouge honors their equipment and their customers. Titan for the FAIL.”
