“These 25lb dumbells came as a pair. There is a place to grip them with your hands allowing them to be held. They weigh more than my 20lb dumbells and less than my 30lb dumbells. The weight interacts with gravity as intended. Would not buy again because I already have a pair of 25lb dumbells and dont need more. Would recommend to a friend.”
