Quality is impeccable. I struggled to buy a full range of hex dumbbells… since the pandemic, costs have gone up a lot, and availability is poor. I have 5 lb increments through 25 lb, and 10 lb increments through 60 lb., and the microgainz clip-on weights to make finer increments. I needed more weights 70 and above, but cost and storage space were becoming a big problem. For less than the cost of 1 pair of 70 lb hex dumbbells, I bought these bars and enough small weight plates such that, with my larger olympic plates, I can make paired dumbbells at 5 lb increments up through about 260 lbs each. And I don’t need any additional storage space or racks. So that is very cost effective. The only real drawback is that these longer bars can be a little awkward for some movements, which takes some getting used to.

If you want to use really heavy dumbbells these are great! The 32 mm diameter handle is more comfortable than the usual 50ish mm handles when going heavy. Yes, the length can be a little awkward but that can be a good thing, too. Be safe and use good solid collars. After having one for a few days I ordered a second one so I can use them as a pair. They have become some of my favorite pieces.

Made good but it is like 12" too long. Hard to do rows because it hits your leg on the way up. Also the length just throws the balance off while you are trying to pull your arm up.

I purchased this for heavy dumbbell rows. As with other reviewers comments, it's long, and I've found I've had to uncomfortably alter my stance during rows to not bash the end of the bar in to my supporting leg. Bar would be ideal at maybe 6 inches shorter. However, excellent construction, good level of knurl on handle, but not overly harsh. I've also found this excellent for suitcase deadlifts, and I plan on buying a second and using as a pair for farmer's walks.

This is a great handle and worth the money. I bought two. I mainly--MAINLY-- use it for HEAVY Dumbbell rows. However, it can be used for other lifts. Just understand this: these handles are LONG--and I MEAN LONG--. For example, standard dumbbell chest press have to be altered with your knuckle facing away from you because the long handles with hit each other. Not a flaw, just know what you are buying.
