“2 handles, each with 2 weights attached to the ends. More than 20 lbs, but less than 30 lbs. Don't smash your thumb with these, as it will hurt. Non-edible. Would buy again, but probably heavier.”

“I was very please. I love the comfort of the handle. It decreases my hand fatigue. The hex shape is great for storage too. And also not likely to roll when I put them down which is great so that kids do not get hurt.”
