Hello Edward! We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. I reviewed your account and found that the items you ordered were on backorder, which is why it was not shipped immediately. Due to the high demand for this product and current logistics issues in the country, our backorder dates may get pushed back. However, upon checking, since you canceled the item, it has been refunded on October 24, 2022. The refund should reflect the original payment method in 5-7 business days. Please email us at info@titanfitness.com with the reference PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.

Hello Lane. Please accept our heartfelt apologies if your package was lost in transit by our partner courier. Unfortunately, we have little control over these issues, and our couriers do their best to deliver our packages on schedule. I checked your account and noticed that you've already spoken with one of our product specialists, who issued the refund on June 06, 2022, for the missing item. Please email us at info@titanfitness.com with the reference PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.
