“I am 71 and have never worked with a kettlebell before. I wanted the 8kg bell but it has been out of stock for months and months. So gave in and bought the 10kg one. It is a bit heavy for me, so I am careful and at present only do nonballistic exercises. At first, I could only do 1 overhead press with 2 hands, but now I can do 5, so I am getting stronger. Very pleased.”

“Best value you can find for a competition kettlebell. Handle is smooth. It’s not as nice and fancy as some other brands, but it costs about 60% as much as those brands.”
