Purchasing the Competition Style Kettlebell was a logical decision as it not only saved money but also saved space and allows for improving technique with lower weight and then increasing the weight once you acquire the proper technique in order to minimize the risk of injury.

Product is great and shipping was fast. A great value for what you get and changing weights in and out is a lot easier and quicker than it may seem!

I bought two of them. They are a breeze to change the weight. Once changed, everything feels solid. The only negative is the paint chips quite easily. Carefully taking the two halves apart to change out the weight caused pretty substantial chipping around the edges. It's not a deal breaker to me. They're going to get used, so wear is inevitable and paint on weights is going to chip and/or wear off anyway. If they start to look too bad and they become a bother, I'll have them repainted or maybe even have a rubber-type coating put on them to replace the factory paint. If you're on the fence about getting one or two, get them and you won't be disappointed.

Not sure why these kettle bells have the black finish like they do??!?!? The kettle bells are a shiny polished metal (See handle color) that is then dipped in a black paint/finish. This finish is so fragile, that these things were so damaged in just being shipped to me. I can't even think about what these things would look like after being used and bumped together a couple times. There are sharp shard of the black finish all throughout the box and now all over my gym floor just from opening these. Very surprised and disappointed in the quality. Every other Titan product I own is black, but looks like it is a different material that can be (and has been) slammed together numerous times without any blemishes. Trying to return these, however, customer service has been giving me the run around for 3 weeks!! Very frustrating.

I love it. It feels solid and like a normal kettlebell. I’ll probably get another one soon.

This is my first dip into kettlebells. I have used some during crossfit workouts but wanted to dive deeper. The adjustables went on sale and i couldn't resist. Best decision I have ever made! Now I can easily progress the weight without stacking bells all over my alerady crowded garage (thanks kids!).

This is my first adjustable kettlebell and also my first competition style bell. The bell by necessity is quite a bit larger than I was expecting or used to swinging. For single arm swings this isn't too much of an issue but for doubles(2 bells) I can tell that it will affect my stance to a large degree. I'm 5'9" and about 175lbs so maybe a larger/taller person wouldn't have as much of an issue but just be aware they require more clearance room. The straighter handles are more challenging and not built for accomodating two hands fully like some of my fixed weight bells are. It still works - again just be aware that you will not get much use out of your pinky finger unless your hands are smaller than mine. Someone with large hands would almost have to use these exclusively one handed. That's not necessarily a bad thing- the smaller window has been good in forcing me to work on bettering my hand insertion for snatches and cleans. There are more expensive adjustables but if you are starting out and experimenting with what weight works for you this is an excellent choice.
