Very unique product and high quality. Even Hafthor couldn't do kettlebell swings with a full load on this beast. Much better than having a home gym full of kettlebells. Right on once again Titan! A++

Great option for KB Deadlift with out braking the bank. I could go as heavy as 125 lbs for our younger athletes that are not ready to deadlift with the bar. Very versatile.

I rarely post reviews but had to with thist. Not only is it a great idea (make use of your olympic plates by turning them into an adjustable kettlebell), the quality on this thing is top tier, I noticed it as soon as I took it out of the box. I've used it numerous times now and could not be happier. I have a long history of weight training and am moving toward more into the functional strength arena due to shoulder injuries and am using this for squats primarily at this point. After all these years I feel like I found the perfect leg/back with this thing- like a kettlebell sumo squat but you can work in a bit more lower back mobility. I get the leg workout of squats and back workout of a deadlift. There are so many other things you can do with this that I haven't tried yet. Anyway, I would buy it again in a heartbeat or recommend it to anyone.

I originally bought this to load more weight for dips - adding 5 lb plates to my dip belt with a 45 lb was cumbersome. So, I load the weight onto this attachment, hook it up to my dip belt, and do the exercise. It was a bit different at first and takes some getting used to, especially holding the weight in place with your legs so it doesn't swing. Now I do it, it's not awkward and works great. Recently I started doing KB swings with it. Same story, it's different from a normal KB because the attachment is longer than regular KB handles, so I can't snap my hips forward as quickly as I otherwise would but you still get the same effect. Over time, you get used to it. Putting a 25 lb plate requires a wider stance so you don't hit your legs with it, though 10 lbs isn't a problem. I probably won't put a 45 lb plate with it.

Well executed simple concept construction olympic plate loaded kettlebell. I bought it for kettlebell swings and don't require weight anywhere near the maximum specs, but it performs well with 10 lb plates and could probably handle at least 8x10 lb plates for the length of the bar. The max weight is probably not going to be an issue because you'd have trouble swinging the thing between your legs. The handle - handles - very well providing good grip and distance between your hands. Pins feel very thick and sturdy, even they are not the parts that are bearing the most weight. You could also load it up for bicep curls, one arm kettlebell jerks, and closed grip bent over rows. Only complaint is that it is too long, making it cumbersome for overhead kettlebell movements. Also if you have short legs, you might not be able to swing this with the proper form without the tip scraping along the ground.

This is one great product. Really I have never had an issue with a Titan product. I did just start buying from them this last year so I dont know about their older items.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a big guy - 6'4" 230lbs. Another reviewer mentioned that it might not work for shorter guys. I guess I can see that, but for me it's perfect. I load 200 lbs and it remains stable and solid. The handle is smooth and free of defects or blemishes. The finish is very nice and it rotates in the hand very smoothly. I don't know that I'd recommend it for cleans or halos, but for heavy swings - it rocks!
