I love my PLTS because I can accomplish numerous movements with it. It’s a little too wide for my swings but because I can diversify it. I really like it!

The plate-loaded T-swing is a sturdy, well-constructed piece of equipment. I can not however recommend it. The handle is too wide. I am 6 feet tall with a 34-inch inseam and have to almost do a split to get a full-range hinge.

The only reason to take a star off is the plate bars are slightly undersized and I had to get creative with shims to make the collars work. In all other aspects I am very happy with it. I am over 6' tall, so no problem with the size.

I use it mostly for armlift training. Its handler thick enough for grip strength training.

The swing handle itself is excellent but it’s a lot larger than expected. I had read the one review where a guy said it was big but since he was 6FT it was useable for that height, I’m 6FT myself but it’s so wide you have to do a split to pass the handle past your legs and at that point the it’s just about scraping the ground. Great tool, just wish it was narrower and shorter. If you can find some cinder blocks to stand on it should work fine

Got this to simulate heavy kettlebell swings without having to buy kettlebells. It's much larger than I expected. It's perfect for me at 6ft tall, but my wife is just over 5ft and it's too big for her to swing without hitting the implement on the floor. I'm happy with it and plan to buy her the smaller Titan kettlebell handle when it's back in stock.
