So far this handle has been a great grip workout. It is similar to the “Rolling Thunder” handle but less than half the price. This thing feels like it weighs ten pounds by itself!

Love this piece! Got it off the recommendation from a friend. And love every second. If you can afford it, get two handles of different sizes to really up the intensity and switch it up. If not, get the bigger one and suck it up! Enjoy the gains!

Another great product at a fair price delivered. Experienced a slight delay, package was misplaced. Thanks again

Bought two of these along with two of the 2" rotating grips and couldn't be happier. We use them with all types of pulls and holds to include band resistance. Definitely another great purchase from Titan.

This thing is definitely very heavy duty. As others have noted, it is VERY slippery out of the box. Some would say that's a feature, but it honestly annoyed the hell out of me, especially when using at the end of the workout when your hands are already sweaty. And the enamel paint-job won't take chalk, so as is, it will always be slippery. That is easily fixed though, so I didn't ding the review too bad. I just took some 120 grit sand paper to it all around for maybe 5 minutes. Once you wipe it off, the finish doesn't come off on your hands, and isn't down to bare steel, but it roughs it up enough to easily take chalk. I'm still a newbie at it, but adding chalk added about 15 pounds to my max for each hand compared to before I sanded it down. Now performance is much more consistent since chalk makes each lifting session equivalent. I haven't owned this for long, but it seems like it will last forever. The movement on it is very smooth, and I don't see that changing much over time. It's definitely a ton better bargain than the rolling thunder. If you don't sand down the paint, it does chip very fast. The first time I used it, I was pretty gentle with it, but it still got chipped pretty good in 3 different places, exposing the steel. So I guess you could wait for it to get all chipped up, and the grip would be good then, but I like the sand-paper short cut. This thing is so heavy too, I don't think a little rust on bare steel will be an issue when it gets to that point. If they do a v2 of this product, I'd suggest either a powder coat, or maybe bare steel with a mildly aggressive knurl. Something that will take chalk better out of the box.
