The Rubber Slam Balls are engineered for top-tier performance, optimizing full-body workouts with the capability for multiple reps of throwing, slamming, or catching. These flexible, durable balls, filled with sand to absorb impact and minimize bounce, support a wide range of exercises including sit-ups, squats, lunges, and overhead presses.
Crafted with a high-quality rubber outer shell featuring a textured pattern for easy gripping and prevention of blowouts when slammed to the ground, these balls are ideal for exercises such as chest passes, overhead passes, and rotational abdominal work when working with a partner.
Slam balls are designed to increase muscle mass, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and improve hand-eye coordination, especially beneficial during partner exercises.

Very sturdy construction. I have "slammed" it about 200 times so far and can see no visual wear or tear. Caution - 60lbs is heavier than you think:)

Weight of the ball is accurate. I use the 60 pound slam ball for three exercises. Over the shoulder toss, sumo squat and repetitive slam/atlas ball lift to platform. Doesn't get any better than that.
