The 150 LB Slam Ball is constructed for the highest-level performance, optimizing a full-body workout, and built to perform multiple reps throwing, slamming, or catching the ball. This non-bouncy durable ball is filled with sand to ensure no bounce and absorb impact. The shell is crafted with a high-quality rubber tread pattern that is easy to grip and will prevent blowouts when slammed to the ground. Slam balls are designed to increase muscle mass, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and improve hand-eye coordination while working with a partner. They are also perfect for getting rid of excess energy and pent-up frustration. Utilize this ball for overhead lunges, ball slams, Russian twists, squat throws, or air squats to take your workout to the next level.

I’ve picked it up and dropped it over 200 times in the last month and it’s still solid. I’ve had these balls break on me in the past but this one seems to be working out well

My first one broke at the valve stem from an overhead drop, customer service was great, they got me a new ball in about a week, with minimal fuss. This one has lasted 6 months so far, I use it heavily about every 3 days (carrys, clean and press, get ups), it gets slippery despite the tire tread and gives a great rash/burn, but it will take chalk fairly well.

I got my 150 lb Titan Fitness Slam Ball today. It came in a plywood crate on a wooden pallet. I strongly suggest you buy a moving strap for lifting furniture to lift it on your weight bench if you are like me and only want to use it to do heavy-duty slam ball bench presses. I like doing heavy-duty slam ball bench presses for safety because I can go to exhaustion and just roll it off of me without hurting my weight bench, the floor, the heavy duty slam ball, and most importantly-- me. I can do 25 reps with my 100 lb Titan Fitness Slam Ball, so I bought my 150 lb Titan Fitness slam ball because I realize that it was time to move to a heavier slam ball. After rolling it from my driveway (after taking it out of its outer plywood box and inner cardboard box) into my house and down my basement stairs and into my basement gym, I used my moving strap for lifting furniture to lift the slam ball onto my Titan Fitness weight bench. For whatever reason, my 150 lb Titan Fitness slam ball feels a lot heavier than 150 lbs, but perhaps it is because it is dead weight. I cranked out 7 slam ball bench press reps my first time using it, but I'm 64 years old. I felt I got a good workout in by just getting my 150 lb Titan Fitness slam ball into my house. My purpose for doing heavy duty slam ball presses is to delay me getting Sarcopenia, which is muscle loss due to aging. If you haven't heard of Sarcopenia, research it because everyone gets it if they live long enough. I'm glad that I bought my 150 lb Titan Fitness slam ball, and I highly recommend anyone who likes to bench press to buy one to do heavy-duty slam ball bench presses with it. A heavy-duty slam ball bench press feels like a close grip bench, but I think it is a better exercise because it forces me to use my supportive muscles to balance the slam ball when bench pressing it. The Titan Fitness Slam Ball is well-made, and it is well worth the money. You don't have to use it to do strongman exercises. You can, but I will only use mine to do slam ball bench presses with. So even if you are just an average weight lifter, I strongly believe that the Titan Fitness 150 lb slam ball is an outstanding exercise tool that you should be able to use-- that is, if you can bench 200 or more lbs with a barbell.

The tire tread textured grip is awesome and the durability is outstanding. Thing is damn near indestructible! Keep in mind that the 150 lb ball is not something for a beginner. You're going to want to work your way up to this bad boy!

Arrived on a pallet and packed in a wooden crate. Only took 3 days to arrive. It's only 14 inches across so it's a bit deceptive at first but this 150lb ball is a beast. Seems quite durable so far...so if you want some serious intensity in your routine, do a couple reps of this ball. A+
