Read Titan Fitness Reviews

The 30 LB Slam Ball is constructed for the highest-level performance, optimizing a full-body workout, and built to perform multiple reps throwing, slamming, or catching the ball. This non-bouncy durable ball is filled with sand to ensure no bounce and absorb impact. The shell is crafted with a high-quality rubber tread pattern that is easy to grip and will prevent blowouts when slammed to the ground. Slam balls are designed to increase muscle mass, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and improve hand-eye coordination while working with a partner. They are also perfect for getting rid of excess energy and pent-up frustration. Utilize this ball for overhead lunges, ball slams, Russian twists, squat throws, or air squats to take your workout to the next level.

The slam ball is well made and holds up well to nearly daily use. I'm happy with the purchase.

Quality construction but beware that the inner weight can shift relative to the outer shell. This felt funny to me during slams. Would have preferred if it didn’t do that.

The ball is very well constructed. With the tread it is easier to grip with wet hands.

It is actually bigger than my 40 lb regular grip titan slam ball.

I purchased this to use outdoors even though it's not recommended to use outdoors. I think that the textured grip makes it easy to pick up and may help reduce wear and tear from using it on concrete like I have. For anyone interested in buying this, if you will be picking it up all the way above your head and slamming it against the ground and you have low arm strength, you may want to start with 20 pounds because it feels much heavier than a kettlebell or something smaller due to its large size.
