“It's exactly what it says it is. Fairly comfortable. Haven't tried running in it yet, but have done pushups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, and slamball exercises in it. You'll want to wear a shirt that covers your shoulders and may want to move the little bars to different pockets so that your legs can move freely in squats, lunges, etc.”
