“Received the belt and was elated at the quality of the belt. Felt like a decent supportive belt however I was not able to try it out bc I ordered a belt too small. Thinking it would be a simple exchange process, I emailed them to start the exchange. I was informed id have to pay return shipping and be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is understandable but a restocking fee for a brand new belt still in the packaging? Unnecessary. I went ahead and tried emailing pictures and getting connected with customer service to no avail. They’re blaming a lack of email issues on their end. They then said it had been past the 30 day return policy so they’d be unable to process the return. I provided screenshots of me attempting multiple times to get in contact with them as well as making multiple phone call. They finally allowed the return and after 2 months of back and forth I am currently waiting for a refund. I wish I could review the belt but the customer service made it impossible to do so.”

“The belt wears very small compared to the measurements on their website. I returned the belt right away, paying for shipping too. It has been three months and I still have not received my refund. I opened a dispute and they never contacted me. Their customer service is inexistent”

“Horrible quality. My new belt arrived and two of the six metal rivets fell apart during the unboxing of the item. These are cheap, low-quality rivets that are completely insufficient for their intended purpose. Don't waste your money on Titan belts.”
