“I had debated ordering this bar for a while, but I'm glad I finally decided to get one. The 3" diameter changes everything. Unlike the foam grips you can add to a normal bar to increase its diameter, this bar has no give, and it will tax your grip and forearms like nothing else. I have a lot of grip training equipment, and the thing I like about this bar is that it's so versatile. I am training my grip no matter what exercise I'm doing. I use it at least once per workout.”

“I purchased this bar primarily for Landmine movements. In that respect it is perfect. At this price point I didn't expect high end fit and finish. Blending and deburing at the transition points will have to happen before I will feel safe and comfortable to use it on movements involving the 3 inch section including Landmine Rows. Overall I am satisfied with this Bar and confident it will perform perfectly.”
