“I bought this mainly to push higher loads on single leg deadlift. I have been trying to correct a weakness after a ruptured Achilles' tendon. This works better than my landmine in several ways. Mainly because of decreased time using, loading, and unloading. Its also nice to not have to work with the arc of a landmine. My weaker side hates it but that just points out what the landmine would hide. I also wanted a faster way to hit volume shrugs and this works well for that. I've only used this with a 600lb load so far. It works better than I expected. If anything changes when I am on a heavier phase then I will update this. This was a great fit for my deficit deadlift blocks. They fit inside with enough room for error and let me pull from the correct height with the elevated handles. They also work as calf raise accessories as well.”

“Recieved it fairly quick. Easy assemble. 5-10 minutes? Easy to use. Less strain on the back unlike deadlifting with an Olympic Bar. Squeeze your back during the entire movement. Great value and great piece of equipment. Takes up less space then Olympic Bar with plates on the floor. Highly recommend for home gym'rs like myself.”

“I received the rickshaw yesterday and overall I was VERY impressed. The handles are smooth(non-inured) & 1in. in diameter,the welds were clean with good penetration, the paint job was evenly done, no missing hardware, and the bolt holes lined up perfectly the plastic end caps & feet came preassembled. It went to together very fast with ZERO issues! It took less than 15 min. using a wrench and socket to attach the 4 -12mm sized (approx1/2in.) bolts. I used my very largest diameter 45lb. plates(17.5in.) & still had just under 2in. ground clearance. This product is an incredible value for the money and easily rivals the industry leader's (Rogue) products with much better value to boot. Good products and good customer service! I have and will continue to add Titan's products to my equipment collection, please...keep up the good work!”
